The Via Francisca del Lucomagno starts in Constance and, after crossing Switzerland, enters Italy at Lavena Ponte Tresa to reach Pavia in 135 km. It runs all through Lombardy in the midst of nature, important waterways, parks, places of art and culture. On the route there are two UNESCO World Heritage Sites (Sacro Monte di Varese and the Monastery of Torba).
